  3. Tonight will be a very tough game for the Vipers who come into this evening not only struggling to find wins but struggling to play consistent hockey from game to game. The Vipers only have 6 wins this season are also having trouble keeping players in the lineup as it seems a new player either leaves the team or is brought in with the roster changing weekly.

The Vees are 6-1 at home this season while the Snakes have played better on the road with a 4-5-1-0 record

The Vipers held there own vs the Vees in last years playoffs and have held there own vs the Vees in two regular season games this season but at the end of the day it still wasn't good enough. The Vees are 3-0 vs the Vipers this season if you include the preseason.

The Vees have had Vernon's number since 2018. The Penticton has won twenty four of the past twenty eight regular season games vs the Vipers. The Vees have won twenty one of their last twenty two regular season games vs the Vipers. The Vipers last regular season win in Penticton was a 2-1 overtime victory on October 18th 2019.

  4. Former Vipers prospect Ethan Buenaventura is expected to make his Vees home debut tonight vs the Vipers. Buenaventura's playing rights were held by the Vernon Vipers. The Vipers traded the playing rights of Ethan Buenaventura November 8th 2024 to the Cowichan Capitals for forward Noah Grolnic. The Capitals traded Ethan Buenaventura to Penticton November 12th 2024.
