Five AJHL Teams To Join the BCHL For Next Season:

A very reliable source told me on Friday evening, five teams from the Alberta Junior Hockey League will be joining the BCHL next season. (Spruce Grove, Brooks, Sherwood Park, Blackfalds and Okotoks). My sources said below is what the Conferences/Divisions will look like for the 2024-25 season.

I did some research last night and come across several other reports online with the same story.

  2. Yes, should be fun. I would also like to see more games scheduled against the East & Coastal teams. I realize travel costs are an issue but at least have one game vs every other team, one home & one away. With the current format there are some teams we never see come to Vernon. It should be exciting going forward if this comes to pass.

  3. If this rumor comes true can you imagine the great hockey we could see with 4 of these teams being the best in the AJHL.
