I watched the Vipers-Wild game on HockeyTV. The Wild were the better team for most of tonight's game. The Vipers started off the game with back to back power plays, but give up a shorthanded goal and couldn't recover. The Vipers played a good 2nd period but that was about it. Vernon couldn't gain any traction or generate enough shots or opportunities in order to earn the win. The Snakes with too many mistakes and not a full sixty minute effort. A tough loss as the Wild are one point back of the Vipers in the standings. The Vipers continue to struggle on the road. Vernon has only two wins on the road in their last thirteen road games and are 4-11-0-2 on the road this season.

ReplyDeleteAnother loss for the perennial losers!
ReplyDeleteWas odd seeing the lineup with our leading scoring milburn on his off wing on the 4th line with an affiliate play.
