  1. I watched the Vipers game on the computer tonight. Jason McKee didn't like the Vipers performance and thought the Vipers didn't show up until the 3rd period. From my computer it looked like the game was fairly even at times and entertaining with chances at both ends. Both goaltenders were very good. I thought the Wild had lopsided leads in shots due to all the power plays. A very small crowd on hand tonight. Since the Wild joined the league, it seems like the hometown team gets more power plays then the visitors and that was once again the case tonight. The Snakes go 0-2 with the man advantage, while Wenatchee goes 1-6 with the PP.

What a weird schedule this season. It seems like we play the same teams often or lots within a short time period. The Vipers played the Wild ten days ago, tonight and will again on Saturday.

The Vipers road struggles continue, have one win in their last nine road games.

Vernon's three game winning streak comes to an end, as the Vipers have won three of their last five games are 5-5 in their last ten games. Vernon has at least a point in six of their last seven games.

  2. Since wentachee joined our leaque the refereeing has been such that it feels one sided for the home team. It was a complaint when for when Mark ferner was coach. The refs down in wenatchee will call the least little thing so you have to play disciplined or in the box you go. There is no will just let them play give and go. Lessoned learned VIPERS. GO,VIPERS,GO.
