Laval Rocket Cut Vipers Alumni Stapley:

The American Hockey League Laval Rocket have cut former Vernon

Vipers forward Brett Stapley.

Stapley played the past four seasons at the University of Denver before signing his first professional contract with the American Hockey League Laval Rocket August 30th 2022.

Stapley attended the Anaheim Ducks development camp in 2017 & the Montreal Canadiens development camp in 2020. Stapley was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in Round 7 of the 2018 NHL Draft.

Stapley played three seasons in Vernon from 2015-2018. In 153 games with the Vipers, Stapley collected (47-goals-74-assists-121-points).
