Interesting to see in the Highlights that fans are standing behind the top rail during the game. Thought that wasn't permitted due to Covid rules or is that just the rule in Vernon?
I was told the City runs Kal Tire Place and is the one making the rules at Vipers home games. I have gone to all the Vipers exhibition and regular season games in Salmon Arm, West Kelowna & Penticton and the COVID restrictions are much more lax. Your allowed to stand at the games in Penticton & Salmon Arm. No standing in West Kelowna except above the one net where they have a lounge/seating/bar type area. In all three visiting arenas your allowed to walk around, get out of your seat, chit chat between periods with friends etc.
