Ex Vipers Defenceman Dow-Kenny Commits To Skidmore College:

Former Vernon Vipers defenceman Will Dow-Kenny has committed to Skidmore

College for the 2021-22 season.

Dow-Kenny was suppose to play last season with the Langley Rivermen but due to the team opting out of the 2020-21 pod season, due to COVID-19 Dow-Kenny was loaned to the Coquitlam Express for the 2020-21 season. In 20 games last year with the Express, Dow-Kenny collected (3-goals-8-assists-11-points).

Dow-Kenny attended the Vernon Vipers Spring Camp & Training Camp in 2017, played in two exhibition games in 2017 before being cut/released. Dow-Kenny played two games as an affiliated player with the 2017-18 Vernon Vipers also committed to the Vernon Vipers April 14th 2018.

The Vipers traded Dow-Kenny to the Chilliwack Chiefs August 7th 2018 for Carver Watson. Dow-Kenny played in 34 games with the 2018-19 Chilliwack Chiefs. The Chiefs traded Dow-Kenny back to the Vipers January 10th 2019 for Mitch Andres. Dow-Kenny finished the 2018-19 season with the Vipers, playing in 13 games the remainder of the season. The Vipers traded Dow-Kenny, Coleton Bilodeau, Tyler Ho & future considerations to the CCHL Kanata Lasers June 26th 2019 for Connor Sleeth. Dow-Kenny never played a game with the Lasers was traded to the Langley Rivermen July 10th 2019. Dow-Kenny played the 2019-20 season with the Langley Rivermen.

In 15 games with the Vipers, Dow-Kenny collected (0-goals-2-assists-2-points).
