Ex Vipers Goaltender Shortridge Becomes Free Agent:

Former Vernon Vipers goaltender has become a free agent after the San Jose


Sharks didn't offer the goaltender a qualifying contract.

Shortridge played last season in the American Hockey League with the San Jose Barracuda and the ECHL with the Allen Americans. In 14 games with the Barracuda Shortridge went 3-7 with a 3.71 GAA In 10 games with the Americans Shortridge went 4-4-1 with a 2.81 GAA

After three years at Quinnipiac University Shortridge signed a one year contract with the San Jose Sharks April 3rd 2019 & an amateur tryout contract with the AHL San Jose Barracuda April 3rd 2019. 

Shortridge played one season in Vernon (2015-16) In 44 games with the Vipers Shortridge went 19-25 with two shutouts posting a 3.15 GAA
