The Western Hockey League Kelowna Rockets have allowed their two goaltenders, Roman Basran & Cole Schewbuis to join the West Kelowna Warriors this weekend, on an emergency basis.

I kind of wondered if something like this wouldn't happen. Former Rockets Simon Ferguson is the Warriors Head Coach/GM while former Rockets captain Josh Gorges is the Warriors Director of Player Development. They both have an In with the Rockets and Bruce Hamilton. Will we see deals like this between the Warriors & Rockets in the future?
