Ex Viper Worth Commits To Long Island University:

Former Vernon Vipers forward Garrett Worth has committed to Long Island University.

Worth will join former Vernon Vipers defenceman Mitch Meek who transferred to Long Island University in early June.

Worth split the 2019-20 season with the United States Hockey League Des Moines Buccaneers & the North American Hockey League Minnesota Wilderness.

The Vipers signed Worth November 13th 2018. Worth played in four games before being traded to Prince George November 27th 2018 for Bradley Cooper & future considerations.

Veteran Worth commits to Long Island University

1999-born forward Garrett Worth (two goals, five assists in 18 games with Vernon, Prince George, and West Kelowna in 2018-19) has committed to Long Island University for this fall.

Worth, who’s from Duluth, Minnesota, spent nine games of the 2019-20 season with the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL and put up two assists. In 28 games with the Minnesota Wilderness of the NAHL, he scored 14 goals and 11 assists.
