Episode 5 of Vipers Voices is up and available now.
Today's guest is Jagger Williamson (@jags_williamson) who shares stories about his 5 year career, wearing the 'C', the groups run to the Fred Page Cup and his career after junior! #OneGoal
Thanks to the Vernon Vipers & Graham Turnbull for doing these interviews. These are great and I hope they continue to do these even if the season starts in September. It would be great to see these continue as a weekly or monthly thing from now on. What more could you say about Jagger Williamson? A true and real Vernon Viper and lead by example on and off the ice. In today's world you don't see many if any kids play five years of Junior hockey and all for one team and do it playing for your hometown team. The records, stats and numbers don't lie as Williamson is up there as one of the all-time Viper legends. A nice tribute to Jagger as the Vipers didn't have anyone wear his #11 this past season. I think Williamson's jersey should be retired and hung to the rafters at Kal Tire Place. I hope Jagger heals and can play hockey again and I wish him nothing but the best with the River Dragons or any other team he plays for next season.
ReplyDeleteI heartily agree Die Hard ! As I've suggested on several occasions , " Mr Viper's " jersey should be hung with pride from the rafters at Kal Tire Place .
