Former Vernon Lakers Forward Naylor Suspended:

Former Vernon Lakers forward Darren Naylor has been suspended three games.

Naylor is in his third season as head coach with the Nanaimo Clippers, was recently named new VP/Director of Hockey Operations. Naylor replaced former Vernon Vipers head coach/gm Mike Vandekamp as the new head coach/gm of the Nanaimo Clippers December 21st 2017. Naylor retired from hockey in 1996 was a scout or coaching since 2005. Naylor was the head coach/gm of the PIJHL Delta Ice Hawks before joining the Clippers.

Naylor played parts of one season in Vernon with the 1989-90 Vernon Lakers. In 20 games with the Lakers Naylor collected (8-goals-27-assists-35-points).
