For the eighth time in franchise history the Vernon Vipers & Prince George Spruce Kings will meet in the RMJHL/BCHL playoffs. 
The last time these two teams met in the playoffs the Vipers eliminated the Spruce Kings in five games in the 1st round of the playoffs during the 2005-06 season. Vernon has never lost a playoff series to Prince George.
