The 1-1-0-0 West Kelowna Warriors make their first of three regular season visits to Kal Tire Place this year, are coming off a 6-4 loss Saturday to the visiting Trail Smoke Eaters. The Tribe have lost four straight games in Vernon. The Warriors last regular season victory at Kal Tire Place was a 6-4 win February 1st 2017. The last time the Warriors were in Vernon was last year, a 3-2 double overtime loss November 15th 2017. These two teams will meet again November 16th in West Kelowna. The Tribe don't play in Vernon again until December 8th. After tonight the Warriors return home for a five game home stand. West Kelowna will play nine of their next thirteen games on home ice. The Tribe enter this season under new ownership, a new head coach-gm, have ten players back from last season.
