The 0-1-0-0 Merritt Centennials are coming off a 4-2 loss in Salmon Arm last night. The Cents return home for a three game home stand before heading back to Salmon Arm on the 15th. Merritt plays five of their first eight games on home ice. Last year the Cents went 14-11-3 at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena. Merritt has eleven players returning from last season. The Centennials went 1-3 in exhibition lost both games to the Vipers during the preseason.
