  1. I don't think its a suprise..look ar the 3 home games. No scoring no goaltending and no power play. Someting has to change

  2. I always watch the Vipers away games on Hockey tv but due to the Vipers playing in the secondary rink, there was no game online tonight. I was forced to liste to the game on the radio. It sounded like the Snakes carried the play at times, couldn't capitalize on their opportunities and struggled on the powerplay. The Clippers seemed to score on their chances and make the best of their opportunities. Looking at the standings and records before the Vipers games at the BCHL Showcase, you would think Vernon should be able to win both games this week-weekend. Coming into tonight the Clippers had a 1-3 record, had dropped three straight. A very disappointing loss for the Vipers. It's early but the Snakes have had troubles scoring, struggled with specialty teams, I don't think the goaltenders have had to steal a game yet and the teams been inconsistent in their first five games. Vernon must win Saturday vs the 0-5 Surrey Eagles.

  3. We’re only 5 games into the season. A few issues with injuries, illness and suspensions but that’s part of the game. It takes time to recover from those things and it takes time to build chemistry. I’m sure the players are committed to working hard while under pressure. They want to prove themselves and contribute to the team. Have some confidence in the coaching staff and the players. Support goes a long way.

  4. I like the progress the vipers are making. Sure as fans it is not as fast as we would like it but for those who know ferner and his coaching staff we know his plan for the team will happen. As fans we must be patient. These kids are from all over the country and it will take time for them to know each other and the ferner systems. Success sometimes is not immediate but like the tortortise and the hare given time good things will happen. Upon looking at our team we have a tremendous amount of talent new and some old and when they do jell as a team , watch out because as fans I believe you will be very happy with the product on the ice. Go, Vipers, Go.
