I watched tonight's game on the computer. It looked like the Cowichan Capitals held their own at times and gave the Snakes trouble at times. Vernon with two goals in the third period to put the game away. Both goaltenders played very well. This was a must win, playing a Cowichan team that has now lost twelve straight, that sits last in the Island Division and overall standings.
ReplyDeleteWith the win and a Penticton loss the Vipers move to within two points of the Division/League leading Vees. The Snakes stay tied for 2nd in the Division after Wenatchee's win over Trail.
The Vipers will wrap up their four game road trip and final road game of the regular season, tomorrow afternoon in Alberni Valley.
