Brushett Scores Twice In Win

Vernon Viper forward Ryan Brushett had no problems adapting to a couple of new linemates as he scored twice against the Prince George Spruce Kings last night to give the Vipers a 4-2 win and a 2-and-1 record in BCHL exhibition play.
Newcomer Finn Evans assisted on one of Brushett’s goals and also laid out a couple of big hits to help his line out. Adam Panacci also scored twice but had one of his goals dissallowed early in the game. However, he would notched a highlight goal to help the Vipers secure the win later in the game.
The Vernon Vipers have one more home exhibition game this Saturday when they play host to the Trail Smoke Eaters at 6pm at Kal Tire Place.
