  1. For a second time this season, the Vipers have lost three straight. Not the road trip the Vipers were looking for, falling to the last place Eagles. Surrey with just six wins, two of those are against Vernon. The Vipers give up two early 1st period goals, get outplayed fall behind early and couldn't recover. Vernon comes out with a much better effort in the 2nd try and claw their way back but give up three quick goals in the 3rd just minutes apart. Vernon was outscored 16-6 in the three games this weekend. It dosnt get any easier as Vernon will face the Vees in a home & home series next weekend. Mark Ferner didn't sound too pleased with his team and their efforts after the game. Said other then a few kids most of the team didn't show up, especially the older players who looked like they didn't want to be there. Ferner said changes need to be made. Are the players tuning out the coaching staff? Remember it was last year when Kevin Kraus said after a game that the kids weren't listening to what the coaches were telling them. Whats wrong with the Vipers? Ive said it before, I like the looks of this years Vipers team but they haven't improved from Day 1.
