Vipers Crappy Morning

Vipers Crappy Morning – The BCHL Vernon Vipers were forced to cancel their final exhibition game against the Salmon Arm Silverbacks after a sewer main was backed up due to a water main break near the team’s arena.
According to head coach Mark Ferner it was less than a pleasant site and smell as nearly the entire lower part of Kal Tire Place was flooded. The Vipers training and coaching staff were forced to scramble to try to save their dressing room as the ‘poo’ water came flooding in.
Hopefully it’s not an omen for the six time national champions who open the season Saturday, September 10th against the Salmon Arm Silverbacks.
