Viper boss in Carnival jail

Todd Miller, executive vice-president of the Vernon Vipers, found himself back on the ice on Friday evening as part of a Vernon Winter Carnival promotion.
Arrested by the Carnival Cops, Miller and Viper mascot Sniper were paraded around the ice during the first intermission of the Vipers game against the West Kelowna Warriors while Carnival volunteers collected bail money from the crowd.
