The Trail Smoke Eaters make their second of three trips to Kal Tire Place, are coming off a 2-1 overtime win over the visiting Coquitlam Express Sunday. The Smoke Eaters spoiled the Vipers home opener 5-3 on September 11th will make their final visit of the season October 30th. The Smokies have just one win away from home, wich was here in Vernon on opening night. Trail has won back to back games have lost four of their last six games. The Smokies return home this weekend for a three game home stand. The Smoke Eaters have won just eight times in Vernon since the 2003-04 season. Trail sits last in the Interior Division are two points back of Merritt and three points back of Vernon.

Kienan Scott (5-2-7) leads the team in goals with five, while Nick Hallloran (4-6-10) leads the team in points with ten.
