The defending Interior Division Champion Vernon Vipers make their third and final regular season visit to the Cominco Arena where they are 2-0 this season.  The Vipers have lost just ten games in Trail in their last 35 visits to Cominco Arena since 2003  Tonight is the first game of a home and home series between these two teams, the final two meetings of the regular season between Vernon & Trail.  The Vipers are coming off a 4-1 victory over the visiting Nanaimo Clippers Saturday have won three straight and three of their last five.  Vernon is 5-4-0-1 in their last ten games and have clinched 2nd Place and a playoff spot.  The Vipers are thirteen points back of Division leading Penticton and twelve points up on Merritt.  The Vipers won the last meeting vs Trail 6-4 at Kal Tire Place on January 3rd.  The Vipers will finish the regular season playing three of their final four games away from home.  Vernon has lost six of their last ten road games.
