The defending Interior Division Champion Vernon Vipers make their first and only regular season visit to Prospera Centre are coming off a 5-3 loss in Cowichan last night.  Vernon has just two wins in Chilliwack since the 2003-04 regular season.  Tonight is the Vipers third game in three nights and fifth game of a current six game road trip where Vernon is 1-3.  The Vipers have just three wins in their last ten road games.  The Vipers sit in 2nd place in the Interior Division are sixteen points back of Division leading Penticton have a nine point lead on Merritt, a ten point lead on West Kelowna and a eleven point lead on Salmon Arm.  The Vipers have just one win in their last five games and are 5-5-0-0 in their last ten.  The Vipers defeated Chilliwack at home 5-4 in overtime back on October 11th in the only meeting of the season.  Vernon finishes the regular season playing five of their final eight games away from home.
