The defending Interior Division Conference Champion Vernon Vipers make their first and only visit to the Poirier Sports and Leisure Centre.  Tonight is the second game of a home and home series with the Vipers & Express as Coquitlam lost 5-3 in Vernon on Saturday.  Vernon begins a two game road trip tonight have won six straight and are 8-2 in their last ten games.  The Vipers have played six of their last eight on home ice will play eight of their next ten on the road.  The Vipers have just one win in their last four games away from home sit in 2nd place in the Interior Division.  The Vipers are twelve points back of Division leading Penticton and nine points up on Merritt and ten points up on West Kelowna.
