The defending Interior Division Champion Vernon Vipers make their first of three regular season visits to the Cominco Arena are coming off a 3-3 tie with the visiting Salmon Arm Silverbacks Saturday.  Today is the first of a two game road trip as these two teams meet for a second time within the week.  The Vipers defeated Trail at home 4-1 Wednesday.  Vernon is playing their fourth game in five days has two wins in their last five games and are 6-3-1-0 in their last ten games.  The Vipers sit 3rd in the Interior Division are tied in points with Merritt are one point up on Salmon Arm and three points back of West Kelowna.  The Vipers have won twenty two games in their last thirty three visits to Trail.

Thomas Aldworth (10-3-13) leads the team in goals with ten while Anthony Latina (8-7-15) leads the in points with fifteen

-Riley Brandt played in 36 games with the Smokies the past two seasons (4-goals-7-assists-11-points) before joining the Vipers this season.
