Lets take a look at the Vernon Vipers:

The Vernon Vipers visit Royal Le Page Place for just the second time this season are coming off a 4-1 loss Tuesday night in Merritt will finish a two game road trip tonight in West Kelowna.  The Vipers have lost seven straight games at Royal Le Page Place and have just two wins in their last ten games in West Kelowna.  Vernon's last win at Royal Le Page Place was a 5-2 win back on Saturday, September 24th 2011.  The Vipers drop from 2nd to 3rd place after the Warriors victory Wednesday in Penticton.  The Vipers are one point back of the Warriors for 2nd place but are only five points up Merritt and Salmon Arm who are tied for 4th place.  Tonight is the first game of three straight this weekend for the Vipers.  The Vipers have lost four straight on the road, have just two wins in their last five games and are 4-6-0-0 in their last ten games.  Vernon's last win away from home was a 3-2 win in Cowichan Valley on December 7th.

Lets take a look at the West Kelowna Warriors:

The West Kelowna Warriors are coming off a 2-1 victory in Penticton Wednesday night moved into 2nd place with the win are now a single point up on 3rd place Vernon and are seven points back of Division leading Penticton.  West Kelowna has won two straight and unbeaten in their last seven games.  The Warriors last loss was a 3-1 loss in Vernon on December 20th.  The Warriors are 8-1-1-0 in their last ten games and have just two losses in their last thirteen games.  Tonight is the first game of a two game home stand before West Kelowna hits the road for a four game road trip.  The Warriors are unbeaten in six straight on home ice are 5-0-1-0 in their last six home games.
