The Vernon Vipers return home after a come from behind 5-4 overtime win in Chilliwack Saturday night taking both games vs the Chiefs over the weekend home and home series.  The Vipers are going for their fourth straight win tonight head out on the road this weekend to begin a four game road trip.  TJ Dumonceaux will return to the Vipers lineup after serving a two game suspension.  Vernon has won five of their last seven games.    

Mason Blacklock (10-6-16) leads the Vipers in goals with ten and in points with sixteen.

The Trail Smoke Eaters make their first visit of the season to Kal Tire Place are coming off a 3-2 loss to the visiting Powell River Kings Sunday in Trail.  The Smoke Eaters have lost four straight and are winless in six straight.  Trail has given up 58 goals this season (second in the league) behind the Alberni Valley Bulldogs.  The Smokies sit last in the Interior Division five points back of 3rd place Salmon Arm & Vernon. 

Curtis Toneff (4-6-10) leads the Smoke Eaters in goals with four and is tied with Tyson Witala (3-7-10) with ten points each.
