Stingrays Trade The Rights Of Former Vipers Captain Ullrich To Trenton:

The ECHL South Carolina Stingrays have traded the rights of former Vernon Vipers Captain-forward Mike Ullrich to the ECHL Trenton Titans for future considerations.  No official press release from either team other then the trade being listed on January, 18th on the ECHL transactions page on the league website.  Ullrich started the season with the ECHL South Carolina Stingrays after signing a contract over the summer before leaving the Stingrays and signing with the CHL Tulsa Oilers on November, 7th 2012.  After leaving South Carolina the Stingrays suspended Ullrich.  In five games with the Stingrays Ullrich collected 1 goal & 4 assists.  Ullrich has yet to report to Trenton and is still with the Oilers.  In 29 games this season with Tulsa Ullrich has (7-12-19).

Ullrich played last year with the CHL Tulsa Oilers. In 66 games as a rookie with the Oilers Ullrich collected (29-35-64) and was named to the CHL All-Rookie team. Ullrich was near the top of the rookie scoring list for the entire season. Ullrich also was a finalist for the CHL Rookie of the Year award. In 29 games this season with the Oilers Ullrich has collected (7-12-19). Ullrich played parts of two years in Vernon (2005-2007) In 103 games with the Vipers Ullrich collected (39-92-131).
