The Vipers are coming off a huge 4-3 come from behind victory over the visiting Coquitlam Express last night will wrap up a small two game home stand with Salmon Arm tonight.  With the win the Vipers are still nine points back of Salmon Arm who hold down the fourth and final playoff spot.  The Vipers snapped a two game losing streak have three wins in their last five games and are 4-6 in their last ten games.  Vernon has just three wins in their last ten home games and has lost both home games to the Silverbacks in overtime this season.

The Salmon Arm Silverbacks make their third and final visit to Vernon are coming off a 3-1 win over the visiting Chilliwack Chiefs last night.  Tonight is the first of a small two game road trip for the Backs.  Salmon Arm sits in 4th place four points up on 5th place Trail and nine points up on 6th place Vernon.  The Silverbacks have won four of their last six games.  Salmon Arm has played four of their last five games on the road.  The Backs are 5-5 in their last ten road games.
