SC Riessersee Sign Former Vipers Assistant Captain Andrew Lord:

The SC Riessersee have signed former Vernon Vipers forward Andrew Lord.  Lord finished his second season with the AHL Oklahoma City Barons missing the entire 2011-2012 season after suffering from concussion like symptons. In 2010-11 Lord started the season with the ECHL Wheeling Nailers playing in 26 regular season games as captain of the Nailers collecting (7-12-19) before being called up to play in the American Hockey League with Milwaukee and Oklahoma City. In two games with the Milwaukee Admirals Lord went pointless while also playing in 34 regular season games with the Oklahoma City Barons collecting (1-6-7). Lord would remain in the AHL with Oklahoma City for the remainder of the 2010-11. Lord played two years in Vernon (2002-2004) In 116 regular season games with the Vipers Lord collected (22-50-78).
