The SPHL Augusta RiverHawks have released former Vernon Vipers forward, Greg Beller on November 4th 2011.  No official press release on when Beller signed with Augusta but I do know Beller played just a single game with the Riverhawks this season before being released.  Beller played one season in Vernon (2007-08) playing in 23 regular season games collecting (10-10-20). Beller left Yale University during the 2007-08 season joining the Vernon Vipers midway through the regular season. Beller has played the last four

years with the University of Manitoba Bisons before signing with the ECHL Idaho Steelheads back on August 29th 2011 before being released on October 12th 2011. Beller was selected by New York Rangers in round 6 #178 overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
