Former Vernon Vipers assistant coach, Colin O'Hara is the new head coach-gm of the Salmon Arm Silverbacks and will face his former team for the second straight night.

Defenceman Bennett Hambrook faces his former team for a second time but the first as a member of the Salmon Arm Silverbacks. Hambrook started last season with Vernon before getting traded early into the new season to Prince George. The Spruce Kings then traded the former Viper over the off season to the Woodstock Slammers before the Backs aquired the second year d-man in late August.
