This is posted on the BCHL website:10-Jan-11 The Vernon Vipers Hockey Club transfers the playing rights of Austin Baecker (92)(D) to the Quesnel Millionaires Hockey Club in exchange for future considerations.
The Vipers aquired Baecker & future considerations back on October, 26th 2010 from the AJHL Grande Prairie Storm for forward, Gus Correale. Baecker who played in 26 games with the Merritt Centennials last season, started this year with the WHL Seattle Thunderbirds. Merritt then traded Baeckers playing rights On October 14th 2010 to the AJHL Grande Prairie Storm. Baecker who never played with the Storm or Vipers is still currently playing with the Thunderbirds.
