Tonight is the fifth meeting of the season between the defending back to back Royal Bank Cup Champion Vernon Vipers & the Quesnel Millionaires. The Vipers are coming off a 6-4 victory at home over Westside, and now begin the first of small two game road trip. The Millionaires are coming off a 8-2 loss to the Trail Smoke Eaters last night and are playing their third game of a four game home stand. -Defenceman, Austin Baecker who’s playing right’s were held by the Vipers but never did play with Vernon makes his Mills debut tonight after being released by the WHL Seattle Thunderbirds Monday and traded to Quesnel by the Vipers at the BCHL trade deadline

-Derek Huisman has scored in three straight games

-The Millionaires have just two wins in their last ten games

-Tonight is the Millionaires third of four straight on home ice

-Quesnel is unbeaten in five straight games on home ice. The Mills last loss at home was a 7-4 loss to the Salmon Arm Silverbacks back on November, 26th 2010
