Former Vernon Vipers forward-defenceman, Erik Felde was released by the CHL Rapid City Rush back on November, 15th 2010 after playing in just three games. Felde played one season in Vernon (2005-06) before joining the WHL Tri-City Americans the following year. Felde signed with the Rush back on August 26th, 2010 after playing last year with the CHL Amarillo Gorillas. Felde began his pro career in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) during the 2008-09 season. In that season, he suited up for the Alaska Aces and Reading Royals, collecting 9 points in 37 games. Last year, Felde appeared in 3 games for the Johnstown Chiefs before joining the Gorillas.
