No Word On Former Viper St. Denis:

Yesterday was the overage deadline day for the Western Hockey League - teams must have declared their three overagers by 3pm Calgary time and after that there was a "draft" to allow teams around the league to pick up the players who had been released.

The Kelowna Rockets announced they are keeping all three current Rockets (Evan Bloodoff, Geordie Wudrick, & Brendan Wall) wich means what happend to former Vernon Vipers forward, Kyle St. Denis? St. Denis has missed more than 70 games over the past season and a half after suffering two separate concussions, and was out of the Rockets lineup atleast until the new year.

So has St. Denis been released? Or protected by the Rockets on the injured reserved list, wich maybe means they dont have to sign him? I don't know the WHL rules when it comes to something like this. As of today no word has been mentioned on what happened to St. Denis.

St. Denis's rights are still held by the Vernon Vipers.

If I find out more info on this, I will keep you all posted.
