Key’s and Notes to tonight’s game:

-How will the Vipers respond after a 3-2 loss in Trail last night, and then getting home late after the long bus ride home?

-Vernon is 0-2 vs. the Smokies so far this season

-Just like last night, Vernon needs to pepper Kiefer Smiley with a ton of shots, and also try and get traffic in front of the veteran goaltender

-The Vipers are just two points back of Trail for 3rd place and three points back of 2nd place Salmon Arm

-Consistancy is big, the Vipers need to play a full 60 minutes

-Specialty teams are always key in any game

-The Vipers have struggled on home ice, with just two wins

-Blake Voth is 4th in the leagues top ten goaltenders

-The Vipers need to come up with a big effort tonight and try and show the Smoke Eaters they can beat them
