Former Viper Hunt Back With Creston:

The Creston Valley ThunderCats are very excited to announce bringing back Assistant Coach Grady Hunt of Vernon B.C. Grady once played nets for the Creston Valley Thunder in the RMJHL days and was the last Thunder player to receive the MVP award before Wade Waters won it last season. Hunt also helped lead the Fernie Ghostriders of AWHL to 31 consecutive wins... Named AWHL second-team All-Star and helped Fernie to a Borne Cup victory... & RMJHL league MVP. Since then Grady attended Bemijdi State University on scholarship and graduated with a teachers degree. After a few years of semi-pro in the U.S Grady helped coach the U.S Air Force Academy to a NCAA Atlantic Hockey Association Championship. Hunt also played for the Vernon Vipers & Merritt Centennials in the 1997-98 BCHL season. In 5 games with the Vipers that season, Hunt went 0-4 giving up 21 goals with a 5.53 GAA
