Vipers Face Winner Of Tuesdays Game 7:

The Vernon Vipers are heading to the Coast for Games 1 & 2 of the BCHL Fred Page Cup wich start Friday & Saturday in either Powell River or Victoria. Both these two teams have a Game 7 Tuesday night in Victoria to decide a winner. The Grizzlies forced a Game 7 coming back down 3-1 in the series. Victoria who clinched top spot in the BCHL during the regular season (43-13-1-3), also are hosts of this years Royal Bank Cup wich is held in Victoria. The Grizzlies scored 237 goals during the regular season, giving up 159. Powell River (39-16-1-4) won the Mainland Division with 83 pts as one of the top teams in the BCHL. The Kings scored a league high 251 goals in the regular season, while giving up 184. Incase your wondering, the Vipers lost 4-2 in Powell River back on September 24th & defeated Victoria at home 3-1 on October 25th
